Red Card holders can now redeem cash assistance from UNHCR and WFP at selected BoB Finance branches across Lebanon. Note that food e-cards can only be used at WFP contracted shops.

You always have the choice to redeem from any selected BoB Finance branch or a BLF ATM.
You can withdraw the full or partial amount of your assistance. It is your choice. Make sure to check with the agent if the amount you wish to redeem is available.
You have the choice not to exchange assistance withdrawn in USD to LBP at the BoB Finance branch.
