    For any inquiries regarding WFP activities, or to report an incident, please contact our call center at 1526. Our lines are open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  7. What are the obligations that WFP has towards the assisted families? 

WFP must ensure that: 

  • You are provided with sufficient and timely information about your assistance. 

  • You are treated with dignity and respect.  

  • Remember humanitarian assistance is always free of charge.  

    WFP has ZERO tolerance for fraud, corruption, unprofessional conduct, including sexual exploitation and abuse. This means nobody should ask you for money, sexual favors, or any favor or service in exchange for assistance. 

  • You know where to complain about WFP activities, staff or partners.
